Everyday’s workout plan!

today it’s not about fashion it’s about my everyday workout plan.
It’s not a hard plan just to get stronger and leaner legs and a tighter backside.
Trust me this plan really works, I’m doing it now for 2 weeks and it really feel good.

Here is my sport outfit, I’m wearing a shorts and top from Puma, and some shoes from Nike.



Doing 2 times 20 squats.


2 times 50 jumping jacks


2times 20 lunges


2 time 20 stretching leg up, each site
